Dear Ginny and Dave,
Thank you for taking the time and effort to repair the blinds in our bathroom. I think Dave was here 4 times, replacing batteries, taking them to be sent to the factory, putting up temporary shades, and finally returning them. They are working perfectly now! I am so impressed by your follow-up. These shades were installed 5 years ago, and you could easily have said that it wasn’t your problem.

Thank you for your help in finding the perfect window treatments for our triangular windows. We have explored various options over the years and finally you came up with the solution.  The blinds pull up neatly on the upper side of the triangle so they are virtually out of sight during the daytime.  At night they are extended to cover the windows and provide the privacy that we need.  We appreciate your creativity in meeting our needs.
